These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, tools, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By signing up or using Neo Trendly, you agree to follow these Terms. If you disagree, please don’t use the Platform.

Who We Are

Neo Trendly is a digital platform that helps influencers create a professional profile, showcase collaborations, set up WhatsApp-based e-commerce, and maximize their earnings by offering additional monetization tools.

Eligibility

To use Neo Trendly, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be an active influencer with a minimum of 25,000 followers on at least one platform (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Have legal rights to the content and links you add to your Neo Profile.

Account Registration

To access our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

Services Offered

Neo Trendly allows you to:

  • Create and customize your influencer profile.
  • Add links to brand collaborations, affiliate pages, and personal content.
  • Host WhatsApp-based e-commerce stores.
  • Track traffic and optimize for visibility.
  • Neo Trendly does not guarantee any specific income or results.

Payments & Refunds

Annual subscription fee: ₹999 + 18% GST (non-refundable except as per our refund policy below).

We reserve the right to revise pricing, which will be notified in advance.
Refund Policy:
If you do not receive any business or engagement through the platform within 3 months of subscribing, you may request a full refund by contacting support@neotrendly.com. Refunds will be evaluated based on profile activity and usage data.

Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content you upload or share on your Neo Profile.
  • Ensuring that none of your links or campaigns promote illegal, harmful, or misleading activities.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate our community standards or legal requirements.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on Neo Trendly (excluding user content) are our intellectual property. You may not use them without written permission.

You retain rights to your own content, but by uploading it to the platform, you grant us a limited license to display it as part of your profile.

Limitation of Liability

Neo Trendly is provided “as is.” While we aim for reliability, we make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or earnings. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses.
  • Issues arising from third-party payment processors, affiliate partners, or your social media platforms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Misuse the platform.
  • Remain inactive for long periods.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. All changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
