That’s why we offer a Full Refund Guarantee to creators who do not see any business outcomes within the first 90 days of using NeoTrendly; provided they meet a few essential terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Full Refund

You are eligible for a 100% refund on your NeoTrendly subscription if:

You have not earned any revenue or affiliate commissions using NeoTrendly
A total of 90 days (from the date of subscription) have passed
You have fulfilled all four mandatory conditions listed below

Terms & Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following steps must be completed within the 90-day period:

1. NeoProfile Setup

You must create and activate your NeoTrendly profile. Incomplete or inactive profiles will not be considered eligible.

2. Affiliate/Product Links Added

Your NeoProfile must include:

At least 3 product links
Either affiliate links or links to associated brand products
Relevant details such as product descriptions, titles, or short insights

3. Profile Link in Instagram Bio

Your NeoProfile link must be clearly added to your Instagram bio. You may be required to submit a screenshot or direct profile link as verification.

4. Minimum 3 Promotional Reels/Videos

You must publish at least 3 short or long-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels) during the 90-day period that:

Promote your NeoProfile link in a genuine way
Include a Call-To-Action such as:
“Check out my NeoProfile link in bio”
or a similar prompt to drive your audience to visit your profile

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the above conditions and still have not earned any income through NeoTrendly, follow these steps:

1. Email us at ashwini@webworksco.in with the subject:
Refund Request – [Your Name]

2. Provide the following information:

Registered email ID
Purchase date
Proof of completed terms (screenshots, profile links, reel/video links)

3. Our team will review your request and process the refund within 7–10 business days of verification.

Important Notes

Refunds are only applicable for the initial 90-day period following your subscription. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Partial effort or missing any one of the above criteria will result in disqualification from the refund policy.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
